About Us
A Vision You Can Be Apart of
We envision an improved quality of life for vulnerable children in Uganda by providing quality education, proper accommodation, treatment, care and Spiritual Guidance. We do this through quality education, proper accommodation and health care, living a Godly life and meeting the spiritual and physical needs of these vulnerable children. We also use strategic partnerships, ministering and undertaking specialized and sustainable child focused initiatives. We have provided accommodation, food and clothing to orphans and street children in a family like environment. We provide education with special emphasis on vocational training programs and apprenticeship opportunities to equip young adults to live on their own.
We modify children’s behavior and met their health needs. We have constructed over 200 water tanks in an order to provide safe and clean water for households. As well we are training and empowering community households to care for their biological/adopted children in the areas of Wakiso, Kampala, Mukono, Mpigi, Luweero and Mityana.
We strategically do this through formation of partnerships/alliances for advocacy of children’s and women’s rights, investing in education for children, providing income generating activities for women and strengthening evidence based programming and policy research.

Our Recent Project
DIRECTORS SHIFTING TO THEIR HOUSE
Helping the Directors serve better was started to support the Directors’ needs of having a permanent home, to afford school for their children, plus making sure that they can have some income generating activities. The aim was to make sure that the Directors can settle and serve the children instead of looking for jobs outside of AHCM to help them get enough income to support themselves.
